The following instructions will help you to set up your email on a PC, using a free email software called Mozilla Thunderbird. This means that you will not need to access your webmail on a day to day basis, as any email management you do on your PC (such as deleting an email or moving it to a folder), will be replicated to your webmail.

One benefit of using this set-up is that you can archive email messages and ensure that the mail server does not reach it’s size limit (which may otherwise lead to issues sending/receiving email).
